In industrial production processes, our next-generation thermoforming machine is designed for maximum efficiency, precise forming, and uninterrupted operation. With a forming pressure of 32,500 daN, the system operates with high precision across a wide range of materials, including PET, PP, PS, PVS, ABS, and PLA. It provides flexibility in production with a broad sheet thickness range from 0.30 mm to 2.2 mm and a maximum sheet width of 760 mm. Supporting a forming depth of up to 160 mm, it delivers superior performance in deep thermoforming applications.
The system reaches a no-load cycle speed of 0–40 cycles/min and performs highly precise synchronized movements thanks to its EtherCAT motion control infrastructure. Its specially designed mechanical structure, motorized gearbox system, and durable 50x50 THK ball screw ensure long-lasting and stable operation. The use of Omron components in chain, pad, and main servo motors further enhances reliability.
Equipped with Ferran-reflective Elstein FSR heaters operating at 650–1000 V, the machine achieves high heating efficiency with a total of 330 heaters.
The 15” Omron operator panel provides a user-friendly interface, offering recipe storage and automatic program loading via USB. The enclosed cabin with rail-mounted safety switches maximizes workplace safety, while internet connectivity enables remote monitoring and control.
Fully compatible with the machine, the vacuum robot stacker system swiftly and accurately stacks formed products. With a stacking capacity between 25 and 100 pieces, the system ensures stable high-speed operation through its vertical and horizontal linear servo-driven grippers and 180° mechanical cam rotation axis.
Thanks to its modular vertical conversion capability and automatic product transfer mechanisms, it ensures smooth and consistent stacking even for shorter products.
Equipped with industry-leading brands such as Omron, Sick, Schmalz, Motive, THK, Eurodrive, and Bekamaks, the system ensures long-term reliability in both mechanical and electronic components. With its robust structure weighing 18,500 kg, the machine maintains stability even under heavy industrial operating conditions.
Through its vacuum precision gripping mandrel system, linear carriages, belt–pulley transmission mechanisms, pneumatic scrap removal system, and conveyor transfer unit, the machine provides a fully automated workflow.
